JACQUELINE VOSS LEES, has been a practicing attorney in Salem for 20 years. She earned her JD degree (1990) and her Master’s of Law Degree (LLM) in Estate Panning and Elder Law (2010) from Western New England University School of Law. Ms. Lees is a member of the Massachusetts and Connecticut bars. Since January 2000, she has been of counsel to the Law Office of Welch and Muzio and done business as the Law Office of Jacqueline Voss Lees. Prior to that time she worked at the Law Office of Carl D. Goodman from 1991 to 2001. Upon graduation from law school in 1990, she taught legal research and writing at her alma mater. Ms. Lees is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
